By centring women, youth, refugees and people-seeking asylum as agents of their own development, BBE addresses entrenched inequities arising from conflict, poverty, and social exclusion. Through an integrated portfolio of initiatives, including inclusive quality education, social cohesion, economic empowerment, and context-driven innovation.
